The workshop is specifically designed to meet the needs of leaders of medium-sized companies in the mechanical engineering, plant engineering, aerospace and ship-building industries and will be facilitated by two high-caliber experts:

  • Dr. Michael Foth has more than 15 years of experience as engineer in leading positions in the mechanical engineering industry. Today, he is in high demand as a top management consultant who develops strategies for his clients in dynamic industrial environments and increases the performance of their processes along the value chain.
  • Mark Möbius holds seminars on innovation, entrepreneurship, business model creation and team development at Universities in Berlin, Munich, London, Zurich and Paris. He is start-up advisor in collaboration with the “European Institute of Innovation & Technology” and has transformed more than 400 companies in Europe and Asia into successful digital players.

The workshop will be held in German language and is limited to a maximum of 15 participants. The price per participant is EUR 1,500 plus VAT and includes venue, catering, drinks and the professional fees for the trainers.
